Elma has been in the Steel Detailing Industry for more than 20 years, starting as a Detailer, moving to Checker, team leader and now has the responsibility of supervising more than 35 staff on her shift. Having a high level of Tekla expertise, leadership skills and industry experience, Elma is highly respected within the organization.
