Nelson began his career in the Structural Steel Industry graduating from BCIT`s Structural Drafting Program in 2000. With over 20 years of experience in Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Detailing, Nelson has a wide range of project experience ranging from tilt-up construction, warehouses, schools, museums, hospitals, power plants, bridge, heavy Industrial and plate work projects. Continuing his education with a Diploma in Applied Project Management Nelson believes great project managers make sure their teams accomplish goals effectively, on time, and on budget.

In his role as Production Manager, he strives to instill theses principals in his teams to effectively manage and executing projects with speed and precision to ensure the project schedule stays on track while at the same time reducing risk and maintain Quality.
